What's included, exactly

4 to 6-page website: Home, About Us, Services, Contact and up to 2 additional pages defined at kickoff
Mobile-first (responsive) design compatible with Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge
Copywriting for all pages
Technical on-page SEO: H1-H3 titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, XML sitemap, Google Search Console connection
Google Business Profile: creation or improvement of the profile, categories, description, photos
Google Analytics 4 installed with basic events configured (visits, time on page, CTA clicks)
Basic, consistent visual identity: typography, color palette, adaptation of existing logo (logo creation not included)
1 handover and training session: 60 minutes to teach the client to edit basic text
30 days of post-launch support for minor fixes (bugs, text, images)

Domain and hosting (cost and setup are the client's responsibility)
Professional photography (if the client doesn't provide photos, free stock images are used)
Complex integrations: e-commerce, booking systems, CRMs, memberships
Monthly website management, ongoing SEO, social media or advertising (that's Plan 2 or Plan 3)
Logo creation from scratch
Translations (if the client needs 2 languages on the site, it's quoted separately)

Materials: the client has 7 business days from kickoff to deliver all materials. Each day of delay extends the timeline proportionally; if materials arrive after day 14, the project is rescheduled.
Revisions: 2 rounds of consolidated review are included (one single list of changes per round). Additional revisions are billed at €45/hour.
Approval: the client has 3 business days to respond to each proposal or deliverable. After 3 days with no response, we proceed with the next step or schedule a new date with a possible surcharge.
Payment: 50% when signing the agreement (before starting), 50% when the site goes live. Work does not begin without the first payment.
Final content: any text or image change requested after launch (outside the 30-day support window) is quoted separately.
